This group is designed to share basic knowledge about mental health disorders, grief/loss, trauma, medications, and more.

We share stories, feelings, and information (all information will be fact checked upon request.

This group will take place on Zoom, or Google Meet. It is a one-hour meeting, once a week, every week as long as you are a paid member!

Cost is $30 per class, per week, OR $25 per class per week with the purchase of 4 classes, $100 total (a $20 savings!)

It is completely confidential.
